Equipment Requisitions are offered as rewards for doing quests on the Echovald Forest. There are three Kurzick Quartermasters located in House zu Heltzer who will offer various rewards in exchange for the requisitions.

The following quests reward Equipment Requisitions:

Like most quest items, Equipment Requisitions cannot be sold to merchants, and cannot be salvaged.
