General Description

"Formed out of the hull of a ship that was grounded during the Jade Winds, this small outpost serves as a place for Luxons to convene and trade goods."

Getting there

This outpost can be most easily reached by heading west from Cavalon. One can still access this outpost if Cavalon is locked by taking a more roundabout way, heading north from Zos Shivros Channel into the Boreas Seabed (Explorable), then west into Mount Qinkai, and turning south to reach Breaker Hollow.
